These Drawings nearly autonomously record physical motion.  The process of a free-flowing stream-of-consciousness begins to explore a deep place within my consciosness.  Imagery manifests through a series of mark-making.  The marks and medium begin to layer on the paper surface resulting in an automatic formation of shapes.  Though the marks seem random, they were anchored in the moment.  Charcoal and oil pastels, the tools of choice, allowed new symbols to emerge.
